Where ancient discipline meets modern evidence.

Niyaamaa exists at a rare intersection — the rigour of clinical nutrition, the depth of yogic philosophy, and the structure of corporate human resource thinking. Every programme we design is shaped by all three.

— Pankhuri Srivastava  ·  The Founder

I teach what rebuilt me.

A distinguished holistic wellness expert, yoga educator, nutrition consultant and motivational speaker with over nine years of transformative experience in helping individuals and organisations achieve sustainable physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

Armed with an M.Sc in Yoga, NASM-certified Nutrition credentials and PGDBM in HR, I bring a rare combination of scientific wellness understanding, behavioural psychology and corporate human resource insight into every intervention I design.

What began as a personal journey of healing has become a movement — to make evidence-based wellness accessible, institutionally scalable, and deeply life-changing.

As founder of Niyaamaa Health and Wellness and a Fit India Ambassador, I have led hundreds of wellness workshops, therapeutic yoga programmes, stress management interventions and lifestyle transformation journeys across corporates, schools, colleges and communities. My work has been featured across leading national publications.

Stillness and intention — the foundation of Niyaamaa's practice
Our Approach

Wellness as discipline, not ornament.

The word Niyaamaa draws from the yogic principle of self-rule — the quiet discipline that precedes any meaningful transformation.

Our work begins where slogans end. We design interventions that are rooted in evidence, measured by outcomes, and delivered with the warmth that only nine years of dedicated practice can build.

Evidence-Based

Every protocol is grounded in clinical nutrition, certified yoga therapy, and modern behavioural science.

Institutionally Scalable

Programmes are structured to operate at the level of a single individual or an organisation of thousands.

Deeply Life-Changing

We measure success not in sessions delivered, but in the sustained transformation of habit, posture and mind.

— The Niyaamaa Difference

Why this practice stands apart.

Honest contrasts with how the rest of India's wellness industry operates. We say what we are by saying what we are not.

— 01
Industry Norm

Most wellness providers field instructor pools — different teachers each session, limited continuity, no senior accountability.

— 01
Niyaamaa

Founder-led delivery. Every engagement is shaped, taught and reviewed by Pankhuri herself. One voice, one accountability, one practice.

— 02
Industry Norm

Most yoga teachers train only in yoga. Most corporate consultants understand only HR. The two worlds rarely meet.

— 02
Niyaamaa

A triple-credential intersection. M.Sc Yoga, NASM-certified Nutrition, and PGDBM in Human Resources — three rigorous disciplines, fluent in one practitioner.

— 03
Industry Norm

Most wellness providers specialise in a single segment — corporate, or schools, or studios — and run cookie-cutter formats across clients within it.

— 03
Niyaamaa

Designed across four contexts. Corporate, school, college, individual. Each programme benefits from cross-pollinated learning the others provide.

— 04
Industry Norm

Most wellness brands sell aspiration — the promise of a better version of you, packaged in catalogue language.

— 04
Niyaamaa

Sells what actually worked. Pankhuri rebuilt her own life through this practice — from a corporate burnout, through a serious accident, to a national wellness platform. Lived evidence, not marketed promise.

Anticipated Questions

Things people often ask.

A short, honest set of answers to the questions that come up before most engagements. If something here isn't covered, the fastest answer is always a quick WhatsApp message.

  • Niyaamaa is based in New Delhi, and corporate, school and college engagements are delivered on-site across Delhi NCR. For organisations elsewhere in India, on-site delivery is available with travel arrangements built into the proposal.

Online delivery — for individuals, hybrid teams, or remote employee cohorts — works seamlessly from anywhere in India and abroad.

  • Pricing is shaped by group size, programme duration, format (on-site / online / hybrid), and customisation — so we don't publish standard rates. Every engagement begins with a complimentary 30-minute scoping call, after which we share a tailored proposal within a week.

For individual one-on-one programmes, pricing is shared transparently after the initial discovery conversation.

  • No prior experience is required for any programme. Sessions are designed to be inclusive — participants can be in office attire, on a mat, or seated in a chair. Modifications are offered for injuries, recovery, pregnancy, and senior age groups.

For therapeutic individual work, an initial assessment ensures the practice is shaped around your specific physical situation.

  • Programmes are secular and evidence-based by default. The science of breath, posture, nutrition and mindfulness translates across cultures and faiths. Sessions can be delivered without any religious framing, which is particularly important for corporate and institutional contexts.

For clients who specifically want deeper philosophical or spiritual content, that depth is available on request — but it is never imposed.

  • For corporate engagements, we use pre-/post- wellness assessments covering self-reported stress, sleep quality, energy, and physical symptoms. Aggregate (anonymised) results are shared with HR alongside participation, attendance and engagement data.

For school and college programmes, outcomes include focus measures, posture improvement, and student feedback summaries. For individual programmes, monthly progress reviews track symptom and lifestyle changes specific to your goals.

  • Always. The programmes you see on the site are starting points, not fixed templates. Every engagement begins with a discovery conversation that surfaces what your team is actually navigating — and standard formats are reshaped accordingly.

A women-only programme during October. A pre-IPO leadership intensive. A targeted intervention for a support team facing escalations. A residential-school cohort with very specific dietary and stress challenges. We've built versions of all of these.

  • You'll hear from us within one working day — usually sooner. The next step is a 30-minute scoping conversation (on Zoom or phone) to understand your goals, audience, and constraints.

A tailored proposal — including programme structure, duration, format, deliverables, and indicative pricing — arrives within a week. Engagements typically begin 2–4 weeks after the proposal is signed off.

  • All three. Most corporate engagements today are hybrid — some live sessions on-site, some online for remote employees, and some on-demand recordings for shift workers and global teams. Schools and colleges are typically in-person; individual programmes can be either.

Online sessions are always live and interactive — never pre-recorded videos masquerading as a class. The format is decided collaboratively during the scoping call based on what will produce the best outcomes for your team.
